When are the dried flowers available?

All dried flowers on the website, unless otherwise stated are available now. They are each pre-made, photographed and individually priced. Each piece is unique and may not be able to be replicated once sold. If an image is pictured in a vase, the vase is included in the price, unless stated otherwise.

Are pickups available?

Christchurch pickups are available from our Sydenham Flower Shop, same day when ordering before 12pm, or give us a call and we can sort a quick turnaround . When you place your order, select Christchurch pickup and a date and we’ll have these ready for you to collect.

Auckland pickups are available from our home studio in Auckland. Pick up is from 480A Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland 0610. We’re an ‘at-home’ studio open by appointment only. When ordering you’ll have the opportunity to provide preferred date in the order details. Pickup is available next day. We do our best to accommodate same-day pick up but please check via phone call or text before placing your order.
 

Where do you ship?

We ship locally throughout both Christchurch and Auckland and can also ship dried florals throughout New Zealand. Because of the fragile nature of dried flowers, we do our best to ensure all our arrangements are packaged to arrive safely to their destination.

What are your shipping timelines?

Christchurch – Same day delivery is available when you place you order before 12pm.

Auckland – Next day delivery is available. By arrangement we can turn things around sooner, but please give us a call or text before you order to make sure this is possible.

For wider New Zealand, once shipped, you can expect delivery in 2 – 3 business days. However, we cannot guarantee courier times.

Do you ship same day in Auckland?

Next day delivery is available within Auckland only. We do our best to accomodate any urgent same day orders within Auckland, please text or call prior to placing your order for same day – 0272828148. All items are hand-delivered by flower couriers.

Can wall displays be shipped?

Wall installations unfortunately cannot be shipped. If for any reason your arrangement can’t be shipped due to the size or fragile nature, we will contact you and refund your order.
 

Do you ship same day in Auckland?

How long do dried florals last?

Dried florals and preserved florals can last for years if cared for properly. Dried flowers do typically fade (and we love this look), however we do advise keeping flowers out of direct sunlight to help preserve their colour. You should keep them in a dry environment as they are affected by moisture and humidity. If your arrangements does get dusty, you can use a hairdryer on cool to blow light air from a suitable distance.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we create custom orders. Unfortunately at the moment, custom orders are only available in Christchurch.

Can I order more than one of a certain arrangement?

The majority of our arrangements are one-off and aren’t typically repeated. However, we may be able to create a similar item on request. As these are natural products, depending on the season and our stock levels, we can’t guarantee a perfect replica.

How do I hang my wreath or wall hanging?

While the florals might be full noise, our wall hangings and wreaths are generally under 1kg. We recommend using a Command 3M hook after preparation according to manufacturers instructions.

Do you do corporate flowers and events?

Absolutely! We do fresh flowers for offices and businesses in Christchurch on a weekly basis, giving you beautiful fresh flowers. We also do fresh and dried corporate events in Auckland and Christchurch.
