Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we may offer exchanges on eligible dried floral items.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods such as fresh flowers and food items
Custom orders
Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping Returns
Please return products to the location from which they were purchased.
Not all products are eligible for return, so contact us before returning an item.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For expensive returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
