Christchurch
Same day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery from our Sydenham Flower Shop when ordered before 2PM. For urgent orders, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a quick turnaround.
When placing your order, select Christchurch pickup or shipping.
Weekend Delivery
We offer Saturday Christchurch suburban delivery. Our cut off for Saturday deliveries is 10am Saturday. We are unable to delivery on Sundays, unless by prior arrangement
PICK UP IN-STORE FROM SYDENHAM
In-store collections are possible, please select ‘pick up in store’ when placing your order.
Please also specify your approximate pick-up time so we can have your order ready for you.
We’re a private studio based on the Te Atatū Peninsula — that means no shop front (sorry, no browsing available). What we have on the website is what’s currently available to purchase.
NEXT day Delivery
We offer next-day delivery. For urgent orders, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a quick turnaround.
When placing your order, select Auckland pickup or shipping.
Weekend Delivery
We offer Saturday delivery. Our cut off for Saturday deliveries is 5pm Friday. We are unable to delivery on Sundays, unless by prior arrangement
PICK UP FROM te Atatu Peninsula
We offer next-day pick ups.
While we do our best to accommodate same-day pickups, please call or text before placing your order.
Please select ‘Auckland pick up’ when placing your order.
Please also specify your approximate pick-up time so we can have your order ready for you.
Once an order is placed, we’ll be touch to confirm we have your order ready.
Dried florals are available to be shipped throughout New Zealand. Due to the fragile nature of the florals, there may be some exceptions and we will contact you if an item is not suitable to be shipped.
For wider New Zealand, once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–3 business days. However, courier times are not guaranteed.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will endeavour to do our best to contact you. Re-delivery fee might be charged if the incorrect delivery information or contact details aren’t provided.
If it’s an apartment it’s imperative there is a phone number with information they will be onsite.
If there’s dogs on the property we may need to contact the recipient.
