We take pride in delivering your flowers with care and efficiency. Due to the fragile nature of dried flowers, we provide hand delivery within Christchurch and Auckland.
Christchurch:
We offer same-day delivery from our Sydenham Flower Shop when ordered before 2 PM.
For urgent orders, give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a quick turnaround.
When placing your order, select Christchurch pickup or shipping. If the Delivery address is outside Suburban Christchurch, we can still accommodate this, please just select the relevant shipping option at checkout.
PICK UP IN-STORE CHRISTCHURCH
In-store collections are possible, please select ‘pick up in store’ when placing your order. Please also specify your approximate pick-up time so we can have your order ready for you.
Weekend Delivery
Our cut off for Saturday deliveries is 10am Saturday. We are unable to delivery on Sundays, unless by prior arrangements. This is only applicable to Christchurch Suburbs. Our shop closes at 2.30pm on a Saturday, but a later pickup may be available by arrangement.
Auckland:
We offer next-day shipping and pickups from our private home studio in Te Atatū Peninsula, Auckland. Because we’re not a shop and don’t have regular hours, pickups are available by appointment only from 480A Te Atatū Road, Te Atatū Peninsula, Auckland 0610. While we try to accommodate same-day pickups, please call or text before placing your order. Once an order is placed, we’ll be in touch with pickup details if applicable.
Nationwide Shipping:
Dried florals are available to be shipped throughout New Zealand. Due to the fragile nature of the florals, there may be some exceptions and we will contact you if an item is not suitable to be shipped. For wider New Zealand, once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–3 business days. However, courier times are not guaranteed.

Unsuccessful Delivery
If no one is home to receive the flowers, we will leave them in a safe place. If our courier cannot access the property or there is no safe place to leave them, we will endeavour to do our best to contact you. Re-delivery fee might be charged if the incorrect delivery information or contact details aren’t provided.
If it’s an apartment it’s imperative there is a phone number with information they will be onsite.
If there’s dogs on the property we may need to contact the recipient.
